Jennifer offers years of experience and wisdom helping individuals, families, adolescents, and couples. She earned her Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health from Adams State University, and her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Fort Lewis College. Jennifer believes in the importance of building a strong therapeutic alliance in order to create a unique healing process to fit the needs of each individual person. She uses the framework of cognitive behavioral therapies and as well as the psychodynamic importance of each person’s story to inspire her clients’ understanding of themselves and others.
