I am a leading expert in sex and relationships.  I am a Board Certified Diplomate of The American Board of Sexology, and I am a AASECT Certified Sex Therapist.  I specialize in Relationship problems and Marital Conflict, Sex Therapy and Sexual Identity Concerns, Out-Of-Control Sexual Behaviors (OCSB)/”sex addiction.”

I provide a specific approach to help couples and singles learn to improve their communication and relationship skills.  Additionally, I can help with responsible consensual non-monogamous/monogamous relationships, “poly” friendly, mixed-orientation marriages, coming-out, shame, guilt, depression and anxiety.

I work with Individuals and Couples, and I am a Gay Affirmative Therapist and have received Gay Affirmative training that has afforded me the opportunity to provide a special range of psychological knowledge, which challenges the traditional view, that homosexual desire and fixed homosexual orientations are pathological. I provide a healing affirmative stance in therapy to assist my clients with specific issues they may deal with.

My specialty is Sex Therapy, identifying and working with sexual dysfunctions. When sexual functioning is a problem, it can affect how we feel about ourselves, our relationships and our lives. Why not put vitality and intimacy back into your life, by reclaiming a satisfying consensual sex life?

I use a holistic model approach when working with clients to help them look at and consider all thecomponents that can affect our sexual health, as well as, our emotional health. For example, relationships, love chemistry, communication, intimacy, sexual response, spirituality & religion, family and culture to name a few.

It is my passion for people and relationships that led me to this profession. I received my Masters ofScience in Counseling, from the University of Nebraska at Omaha in 2013.

I have met the training and proficiency requirements in the Nebraska Standardized Model for substance abuseevaluations called the Addiction Severity Index (ASI), for court approved alcohol/drug evaluations in Nebraska. The ASI is accepted and preferred by most courts, probation offices, and treatment providers in Nebraska and surrounding areas.
