ultimately lead you to greater fulfillment.

John takes a holistic
approach to counselling and psychotherapy by gathering information, which gives
him a full picture of who you are within the context of your environment. Because your perceptions form your reality,
his purpose is to help you become
aware of those perceptions that hinder you from achieving your goals whether
they be a desire for greater connectedness with your spouse and family or
redefining your career objectives.
Once you become aware of
that which stands in your way, John works together with you to develop a deeper
understanding of why you have these self-sabotaging beliefs. Once you take
ownership of a situation it then empowers you to make much needed positive
changes and enables you to acquire that which is most important to you.
Paradoxically, you
already have much of what you need to achieve your goals. John simply helps you remove obstacles
so you can learn more about yourself, the challenges you face and how to create
solutions that will lead to greater peace and well-being.
John has a
full playroom for children and uses attachment based approaches, sand therapy,
art, and play.
Clinical
services are provided in four languages including English, Serbian, Hungarian,
and Croatian.
John has been married
for over 30 years and has two children.
He is currently
providing counselling and psychotherapy to clients in Durham region (Ajax,
Whitby, Oshawa).
