Something inside of you is seeking change right now. You might only be aware of it because of the suffering or discomfort you are experiencing but I promise you there is a hidden message underneath. As crazy as it sounds, your pain has meaning and purpose. You might be fully aware of what it is or you might not have a clue but you are experiencing a calling for transformation and therapy is the place to activate it. Therapy is a process for you to reclaim your life and live the way you were always meant to be... with joy, health, relationships, and fulfilling purpose.

This is what I love about being a therapist. I see my job as being a guide towards finding you. My hopes are to enable you to live the life you want to live. It's a discovery process for all of us and you don't have to go it alone. I'm here to help. I'm here to discover with you. I see the therapeutic process and life as the hero's journey. Like Odysseus or Frodo, sometimes we have to get lost before we are found. And let's be perfectly clear, life is hard. There is no manual. We are born and then a lot of things happen. Therapy is a place for rest, reflection, understanding, feeling, and returning. Pausing is always important. Whatever is happening in your life right now, come catch your breath with me.

I want to help you. I find clients who sit with me discover all that I speak to above and more. I see them take fuller responsibility and control in their lives. I see them find new joys in themselves, in their relationships, and in their work. Most importantly, I see them consciously understand themselves deeply and break old patterns and habits that use to rule over them (which caused them great harm.)

Not only do I have a degree and years of experience, but I'm qualified to do this work because it is my calling to do this work. I was born to do it. I have been a traveler like you. I've been hurt. I've been lost and confused. I have longed for more. I wasn't exactly sure how to break out of my cycles. I then found my path. I think the most important thing a therapist can do is to really experientially understand where you are coming from. I get it. And I can help. Give me a call, you won't regret it.
