ABOUT ME:

Therapy can be empowering and life changing. It all begins with the right therapist. My therapy office is a fun, supportive, and nurturing environment. I utilize a collaborate approach to treatment that incorporates the people in children's lives that know them best. This means that I believe parents are an important part of a child's treatment process. I have had the privilege of working with many parents as they sort through the challenging moments with their child to determine what is age appropriate and where their child needs additional support.

SPECIALIZATIONS:

MY PHILOSOPHY:

I believe in the power of relationships and I help parents facilitate growth in their children through strengthening the parent/child connection.

ABOUT MY PRACTICE:

I work with a team of incredible clinicians at my practice in Chicago. We often work together to best meet the needs of a family so that siblings can each have an advocate during a divorce, family death or other big transition. This team approach has been incredibly powerful for many of our families as each therapist in the practice brings a unique set of strengths and a variety of training to meet the needs of a child or family.

In most cases we will start with a parent session where you will provide background information to your therapist about your child without them present. We will then all set goals together with your child that will guide the process.

Throughout treatment we will work to help your child find their strengths and overcome challenges. Along the way you will find that you feel more connected to and in sync with your child. Treatment won't end when you leave the office, I will also give you and your child tools you can use at home, school, or any place where your child may need additional support.

Please don't wait one more day. I want to support you and your family. Reach out by phone or email and we can chat more.
