You are likely here because you are experiencing some life change or event that is causing you stress, emotional pain or unhealthy coping. I get that you are feeling stuck, overwhelmed or out of control which is affecting your relationships and your life. I bring creativity and life coaching skills into therapy because every client is unique and has different ways of responding and learning. I believe that there needs to be some flexibility in the process to allow you to benefit from the counselling process and gain insight, tools and build upon your strengths. And our therapeutic connection is key to you creating positive change. Based on my training, my own life-altering experiences and the work I have done to process my issues, I can help you to slow down, explore, accept and cope better with whatever you are experiencing. And take action to reach your counselling goals.
I believe you have strengths to build upon, you are the expert of your experiences and you have the potential to change if you are ready and open to it. Are you?
