Psychotherapy: We talk through how past and present influences effect your decisions,
reactions and choices and work towards finding the most empowering approaches towards
solving current concerns.

Cognitive Based Theories: Using techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT),
Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), I work
with clients to examine their thoughts and feelings, helping them to re-structure their thought
processes through skill development, exercises and interactive techniques.

• Gottman Relationship Therapy: Using the evidenced based Gottman Method, I teach, coach
and work with couples to meet their relationship goals.

I can provide a bill for you to submit to your insurance for out of network billing.

$75 per 50 minute session. Hour and a half sessions for couples are $112. Check with the

office to confirm.
