Do you struggle with people pleasing? Do you have a hard time setting boundaries (such as saying 'no') in your relationships? Are you the adult child of a narcissist or an emotionally immature parent? Did you grow up with a parent that struggled with drinking/addiction? Are you struggling with your own addiction and recovery? Do you often feel responsible for others? Do you find how you feel is dependent upon your significant other? Has a loved one or friend died suddenly or unexpectedly and you're having a hard time processing it? You don't have to go through these struggles alone.

I specifically help people work through challenges connected to: grief/loss, codependency, adult children of alcoholics (ACA), and addiction/recovery. I'm committed to providing a compassionate and supportive space for you as we develop a collaborative relationship that takes into account your struggles, your strengths, and your goals. I will help you process what you're going through, explore unhelpful patterns, and help you learn how to set healthy boundaries as well as develop self-compassion. I'm passionate about helping people heal from childhood trauma as well as grief and loss in its many forms.
