About My Practice
Welcome. I work with individuals and couples supporting them through a wide range of challenging issues and life experience. I utilize a combination of modalities to facilitate resilience and hope within the therapeutic process. This can offer a chance for us to explore your inner self, understand complex aspects of your experiences, and work through any emotional barriers that may be preventing you from finding your best path to a more satisfying life.
Our time together would be a space to process difficult emotions, to heal, and to consciously navigate towards where you really want to be in life. I create an atmosphere of trust and collaboration, where you can share your story comfortably while we work together to help you gain tools and insights to navigate through life's ups and downs.
