Lauren Wittstruck’s strongest belief is that the relationship between herself and the client is the biggest factor to experience health, healing, and wholeness. Her desire for her clients is that they feel seen, known, and understood by her. More than anything, however, she wants her clients to know and feel her belief in the power of counseling. She believes in the journey – the difficulties, the defeats, the victories, and the freedom found in the counseling room that can henceforth never be lost. And she believes in her clients – their wisdom, their self-efficacy, their strength, and their ability to grow and change into the people who they most want to be.

Lauren Wittstruck is a National Certified Counselor and Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate. She has a Master of Arts Degree in Counseling, with a Clinical Mental Health Counseling Specialization from Saybrook University. She also holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology from Colorado State University. Lauren utilizes techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dreamwork, Emotional Regulation, Person-Centered Therapy, and Mindfulness-Based Therapy.
