Psychology. I feel grateful for working with one of my biggest passions, human
relations and life transitions. I am currently offering face-to-face therapy in

I am focused on helping adults
find meaning to their life experiences. Life happens and you
are not alone in your struggle. You might be experiencing
some of the challenges below.
We are in constant change, so you might be dealing with
different challenges that have altered the structure of your life as you knew
it before. When things around us change
we can sometimes feel overwhelmed by the unknown, and not
feeling ready to adjust to new realities.
You might feel stuck in an intimate relationship, or you are single
looking to start a healthy relationship. You might also feel
frustrated, angry or sad towards colleagues, family members and
friends. Even though it is not possible to change how others behave,
it is possible to create healthier relationships.
These factors can trigger different emotions, such as depression,
anxiety, anger, fear, making us feel stuck or not able to move
forward. Facing these challenges alone is not easy.
My passion is to walk together with you in a
therapeutic journey. You are unique. I believe that we all deserve to be happy,
and that we can be happy. Sometimes difficult paths lead to beautiful
destinations.rve to be happy, and that we
can be happy.

My priority is to make sure you feel comfortable in a warm environment by
creating strong therapeutic relationship. I have
the experience to design strategies that fit your necessities, yet I
respect your own knowledge and experience.
I appreciate the needs of a diverse multicultural society and
the importance of respecting the uniqueness of each client as a way
to improve well-being.
A little More About Me
I was born in Mexico and have been living in Toronto for more than eight
years.During my life I have experienced different changes. One of the most
insightful experiences was moving to Canada. This personal journey, among
others, have allowed me to understand and accept life transitions as part of
our existence and happiness. As one of my favorite quotes says, “Change
is hard at first, messy in the middle and gorgeous at the end”.
I am not a good cook, but I love food. A nice cup of capuccino and bubble
tea make my day. Books are my passion and I could read Jane Eyre,
Ana Karerina and Gone With the Wind over and over. I am a
big fan of horror classic movies and TV shows, and I
wish Hitchcock and Rod Serling were still alive.
