~Live the Life You Deserve~ Relief From Fear and Worry ~Find Your Happy~
Do you tend to worry about everyone else, neglecting your needs, leaving you tired and drained? Ever find yourself saying yes when you really want to say no? Ignoring and stuffing your troubles typically leads to more worry, sleepless nights and getting stuck with resentments. Would you like to feel less anxious, stressed and more in control of your life? I help women with overwhelming stress and anxiety figure things out. I use proven and effective treatments to develop long term, healthier and FUN ways of coping. Are you ready to finally be happy and the outside AND the inside?
My office is a private, safe, soft and comfy place. I listen without judgment or shaming, a calming and supportive space for you to talk feel heard, understood and validated! I will partner with you to develop a plan to relieve your symptoms and restore your “Happy".

Therapy is like taking a road trip with a trusted professional in the passenger seat. A highway to self awareness which can restore hope and revive connection to your authentic self~wouldn't that be a nice outcome?
I have been in practice since 2014.  My daily gratitude comes from offering relief and helping to heal the mental pain and suffering of others.  I offer specialized treatment to help women gain awareness and insight around issues they are struggling with and learn ways to express their full and authentic selves.  My approach integrates a holistic body and mind model with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Positive Psychology and Mindfulness-based cognitive therapy.

During each session I work to create a supportive, calming and creative space for you talk feel heard and understood.  We then develop a plan together to work toward your desired goal.
I began my professional life with a bachelor’s degree in communication from the University of Minnesota, Minneapolis.  I spent the next twenty years working in advertising, marketing, and building several successful businesses while living on both coasts  and middle America while experiencing the highs and lows of life.

Following a divorce, I sought help myself to heal  and  develop a better understanding of why I was hurting so much and my core-values.  With this assistance, I was able to gain insight into my inner world.
After two years of advanced Masters study, which included clinical work atHazelden Betty Ford in Center City, Minnesota and The Kusnacht Practice in Zurich, Switzerland, I began my licensed counseling career in 2014.  In Minnesota, I hold active licensure as both Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) and a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC).  In Georgia, I am currently pursuing Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)  licensure and under the direct supervision of Ruby Blow, MS.**

For fun, I sing, walk my two wonderful dogs and continue my 20 year journey of learning the guitar.
** Georgia law requires 1800 directed work hours while under supervision and 90 hours of supervision, completed over a three year period for the LPC licensure.  I have completed 4800 directed work hours while under supervision and 220 hours of supervision.  However, this was completed over a two year period. Therefore, I am required by Georgia law to be under supervision for an additional 12 months.
