She specializes in depression, anxiety, trauma, panic attacks, acute and chronic PTSD, domestic abuse and domestic violence issues, suicide prevention focusing on wellness and self care training, grief and loss issues, substance abuse issues - alcohol and other drugs, Substance Abuse Evaluations and legal matters surrounding SAE such as probation, suspended drivers license, and AA/NA 12 step work. Additional specialties: job, social, and/ or relationship issues in self-esteem, interpersonal skills, communication skills, stress management, assertiveness training, co-dependency, anger management and ACOA - Adult Child of Alcoholic/Addict/Abuse and ACEs Adverse Childhood Experiences effects of associated high risk behaviors on health, life style, family, work, and social life.
She utilizes an eclectic array of therapy and counseling techniques such as CBT - Cognitive Behavior Therapy, EMDR - Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing, TIR - Traumatic Incident Reduction, LSR Life Stress Reduction, EFT - Emotional Freedom Technique (Tapping), Hypnotherapy, Temperament Profile, and Family of Origin Therapy.
