Jennifer Knox, MA, LCPC
Jennifer, Founder and Clinical Director of Midwest Center for Hope & Healing, is a Board Certified Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with over 10 years experience in providing individual, couple and family therapy. She attended Concordia University Chicago where she received a Masters of Arts in Community Counseling with honors. She has worked with men, women, adolescence and children who are dealing with a variety of life situations and struggles.
Jennifer specializes in anxiety, depression, ADHD, relationship issues, divorce, domestic violence, stress and self-esteem. She uses a person-centered, holistic and cognitive-behavioral approach in her therapy to help clients meet their goals.
Amy Glinke, MA, LPC
Amy is a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 15 years of experience in skilled listening. She graduated from Concordia University Chicago with a Masters of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Amy works with individuals and couples to guide each though their personal journey and together find the way. She offers both Christian and community counseling. Amy specializes in co-dependency, anxiety, depression and relationship issues.
Lisa Cramer, MA, LPC
Lisa is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of Illinois, and a Nationally Certified Counselor. She earned her Masters of Arts degree in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University, Graduate School of Education and Psychology, with an emphasis in Marriage, Family and Child Counseling. Lisa specializes in couples counseling, with training in divorce contemplation stages, and reluctant-to-therapy partners. She also has high energy for parents of teens and teens themselves. Lisa believes that each person has intrinsic value, and each person matters. Each person deserves their best life, and looking at behaviors, thoughts, beliefs and personality is necessary to find a balanced whole life.
Teila DeSarno, MA, LCPC
Teila is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor with over 10 years of experience in working with individuals, families, and couples. She attended The Chicago School of Professional Psychology where she received a Master’s Degree in Clinical Counseling Psychology. She has experience working with adolescents and their families within the judicial system, conducting substance use evaluations, and treating OCD and anxiety disorders. Teila has a passion for working with couples and individuals with issues surrounding communication, infidelity, substance use, and PTSD, to name a few. Teila works from a cognitive behavioral and person-centered approach, and believes that with a willingness to change and a strong therapeutic relationship, you can reach your full potential.
