I am a caring, compassionate, and client centred registered psychotherapist who supports my clients in finding their own unique direction on their journey through life. I work with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, and trauma. I have worked with individuals, such as first responders, struggling with post-traumatic stress, low self-esteem and workplace stress / burnout.
 
I also work with couples struggling with their communication, emotional / sexual intimacy, struggling with blending families or parenting, and / or seeking to separate or seeking to achieve amicable decoupling. I am an experienced relationship therapist who can help couples to improve their communication and repair their relationship, including ruptures due to infidelity. The goal of couples therapy is to help you improve your emotional connection, communication, and security in your relationship. We also focus one increasing your emotional and sexual intimacy.A strong relationship takes work, whether you are just starting your journey together, have been married for a while, or are trying to navigate separation.
