Mental Health in Kanata

Current Education
It is estimated that 10-20% of Canadian youth have to face a mental illness or disorder. Since the suicide rate is also high in Canada, it is extremely essential that the youth has education regarding mental health. The School Mental Health ASSIST provides students with education regarding mental health and well-being.
