Parley E. Acker, M.A., ACC, founder of CareerWon, has over 25 years of experience as a career and executive coach and leadership development executive and has held global leadership roles with companies that include Citigroup, Aramco and General Electric.

Mr. Acker has designed and managed a variety of programs in the areas of career counseling and assessment and executive coaching. This experience has provided him with an insider's view of the day to day work for a multitude of careers as well as regarding the challenges faced navigating leadership roles. He also has extensive experience helping organizations assess and develop young leaders to grow and advance into senior leadership roles.

Mr. Acker holds an M.A. in Organizational Psychology from the State University of New York with supplemental MBA work from Baruch College. He also earned a B.A. in Psychology from Marist College. He is a Certified Coach, certified by the International Coach Federation.
