Sometimes we need to talk to someone other than our friends and family about the difficult emotions and situations we are experiencing - perhaps I can help!
I use a collaborative and integrated approach to sessions, which means we will work together to decide what we should focus on in your session, and what sort of interventions you prefer (e.g. homework, worksheets, discussion, etc.)- you are the expert on your life!

ADHD • Anger • Anxiety • Depression • Grief • Justice-Involvement • Overwhelm • Relationship Issues • Self-Harming Behaviour • Trauma • or provide support to loved ones of someone coping with these issues.
What you can expect:
Sessions with me are conversational - my goal is to hear your story and get to know you so we can develop an awareness and understanding of the issue(s) that bring you to therapy, and to develop strategies to help you feel better.
I use strategies from a few models to ensure I am better able to meet your unique needs and goals and respond to the issue that brings you to therapy. These include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Motivational Interviewing, Trauma-Informed, and Reality Therapy.
Session and Fee Info:
- Free 30-minute phone consultation where I will get some information about your concerns, and answer any of your online therapy questions.
- $120 for each 60-minute online individual therapy session.
Over the last 20 years, I have worked in community-based, non-profit agencies to support youth, young adults, adults, and families through difficult situations. I am excited to have transitioned to online psychotherapy where I can provide flexible supports to individuals throughout the province!
