I am a well-rounded individual who has lived and worked in three different continents and cultures over my lifetime, which has greatly shaped my development, interest, and work as a psychologist. I have over a decade of experience practicing as a registered psychologist in several Calgary clinics, in both speciality and general areas, with diverse populations. My counselling space is one of safety and acceptance, where you can let your true self emerge and work through the issues that brought you to therapy.
I have been told that I have an open nature, and my style has been described as genuine, warm, respectful, gentle, and compassionate. It is both an honour and a privilege in listening to my clients' personal stories, and I believe that when people feel heard and understood, this sets the groundwork to begin to address the more difficult challenges involved in making changes.
