Using a theoretical and practical methodology that
combines psychoanalysis, intersubjectivity theory, and self, humanistic, and
feminist psychology, I assist clients dealing with a number of issues

Confidence/Self-Esteem; Abuse, Addiction; Trauma; Eating Disorders/Body Image

Intrusive Thoughts; Performance Anxiety; and Personal Growth/Self-Awareness.
I am a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario.
I hold a Diploma in Relational Psychotherapy from the
Toronto Institute for Relational Psychotherapy, an intensive three-year
theoretical and clinical program in psychodynamic, intersubjective, relational
psychotherapy. I am also a Clinical Member (and past Executive Board Member) of the Ontario
Society of Psychotherapists and a member of the American Psychological Association, Division of Psychotherapy.
I hold an Honours Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Sociology from
the University of Toronto and a Master of Science in Psychology from the
University of Edinburgh. I am also a professional musician and published
writer, and have many years of experience as a consultant and

I work under the clinical supervision and direction of Dr. Jon Mills, C.Psych., ABPP, a Registered Psychologist, and my clients can access workplace benefits and/or extended health care benefits for my services. Please confirm, prior to beginning our work together, if your insurance coverage covers sessions with Registered Psychologists and/or Registered Psychotherapists.
Psychotherapy sessions are 50 minutes in duration. The cost per session in $170 (including HST), with longer sessions available at pro-rated fees.
For those who require it for financial reasons, I have limited availability for sessions at a reduced fee. Please enquire about availability for reduced fee sessions prior to beginning therapy.
I charge full fee for less than 24 hours notice of cancellation of a session.
Relational psychotherapy is most effective when sessions are held on a weekly basis. Alternative scheduling requests should be discussed prior to the first session.
I accept payments by cash, cheque, Visa or Mastercard at the time of the session.
