I specialize in working with people who struggle with anxiety, stress, depression, trauma, and harmful self-criticism.

I work closely with people to bridge the gap between where they are now and where they would like to be, and gain clarity, confidence, and tools for inner strength along the way.

I bring a balance of science and intuition to my counselling approach, and integrate years of experience in mind/body healing modalities and evidence-based therapy to effectively help my clients. I draw extensively on the wisdom of mindfulness, self-compassion, somatics (bodywork), Internal Family Systems (or 'parts work'), and a trauma-informed lens in my counselling practice.
I know from personal experience that beginning counselling and being on a healing journey is not always easy, and takes courage and an open mind. And, having a skillful guide in this process can make all the difference in this process.
