MY APPROACH

Therapy is a supportive and collaborative space where individuals, couples, parents, and children can come to achieve growth and change that allows them to be their best version of themselves. As a therapist, I seek to help clients process their experiences and relationships to work through past hurts to come to a place of healing. Therapy is a safe and non-judgmental space where I help each individual to be heard as they share their unique story from their own perspective. Clients' strengths are used to build the skills to successfully navigate challenges and to instill hope for the future. Attending therapy takes courage, my practice is to honor that courage by creating a safe space to achieve meaningful growth and change.

I provide psychotherapy that aims to meet each client's unique needs. Using a combination of empathetic guidance and evidence based practices allow me to help you build on already present strengths to develop new skills to effectively solve problems. Mastering the solution to your challenges in the present creates confidence to successfully tackle barriers in the future. I work with children and adolescents, individual adults, couples, and families to provide a nonjudgmental new perspective to problems that have left you stuck.

I love being a therapist and consider it an honor to work with my clients. If you think I might be the right therapist for you, please do not hesitate to reach out.
