Therapy is a supportive and collaborative space where individuals, couples, parents, and children can come to achieve growth and change that allows them to be their best version of themselves. As a therapist, I seek to help clients process their experiences and relationships to work through past hurts to come to a place of healing. Therapy is a safe and non-judgmental space where I help each individual to be heard as they share their unique story from their own perspective. Clients' strengths are used to build the skills to successfully navigate challenges and to instill hope for the future. Attending therapy takes courage, my practice is to honor that courage by creating a safe space to achieve meaningful growth and change.

Marriage/Relationship Counseling
-I work primarily with couples to strengthen and repair their relationships. My practice includes helping couples to improve communication, strengthen conflict resolution skills, increase intimacy and connection, heal from infidelity, and pre-marital and life stage counseling. I provide evidence based interventions in a safe and non-judgmental environment where each partner can be heard while they share their experience from their perspective. Therapy is a collaborative effort between myself and my clients to help identify and build up strengths while introducing healthy and effective skills to successfully manage challenges and to instill hope for the future.

Divorce Recovery and Changing Families
-I provide therapy to individuals experiencing or recovering from divorce, couples challenged with facing the decision whether to divorce, and children and families navigating the unique challenges of divorce, remarriage, and blending families.

Personal Growth and Development
-I work with adolescent and adult individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, abuse and trauma recovery, or those struggling with assertiveness or personal development to identify and eliminate the barriers in their lives and to unlock and develop already present strengths needed to achieve positive growth and change. Therapy can be a useful space to explore personal goals and to process the challenges of every day life in order to build the skills to successfully navigate challenges in the future.
I love being a therapist and consider it an honor to work with my clients. If you think I might be the right therapist for you, please do not hesitate to reach out.
