I believe that there are many good forms of therapy out there, and what works for one person, may not work for another. Having said that, I primarily use Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy for most of my clients as they have proven techniques that work well for many people.
