HOW I WORK:

The session is space and time devoted entirely on your needs.  We work together to discover what you think, feel and want and find options and choices that meet your needs.  I provide clinical feedback, facilitate guided practice exercises, provide psycho-education, and suggestions for life between sessions.

    I work with all private pay clients and PPO's as an "Out of Network" provider.  I do offer a sliding scale fee option for those you need this accommodation.  When working with a PPO insurance I accept payment up front for the session and I provide you with a statement for your health plan for your reimbursement.
