  • Bachelor of Arts (BA) from the University of Wisconsin at Madison. Studied abroad at Hebrew University in Israel my junior year of college.
  • Masters in Social work (MSW) at Loyola University of Chicago.
  • Interned with the Chicago Police Department’s Employee Assistance/Family Counseling Department and worked with teens and families recovering from substance abuse addiction in long term residential treatment.
  • Management Consultant at United HealthGroup focusing on metal health issues in the workplace.
  • Intensively trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), an evidenced based cognitive behavioral treatment.
  • Training in “Mastery of Anxiety and Panic Treatment” an evidenced based treatment for Panic Disorder.
