Tricia has a holistic approach to therapy. This is based on the belief that the body, mind, emotions and spirit all interact to create our health and well-being. Using Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing), Reiki, and Mindfulness you can:

Let go of past to live fully in the present

Rewire patterns of anxiety, stress, and depression

Tap into the mind-body connection to create holistic health

Heal your trauma and learn to forgive

          Transform your negative core beliefs

          Strengthen and ignite healthy relationships

Develop strategies to manifest your life dreams and goals

Identify and align with your purpose

·        Trauma and Early Childhood Abuse

·        PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder)

·        Anxiety and Stress

·        Depression and Sadness

·        Grief and Loss

·        Relationships and Communication

·        Self Care and Burnout

·        Spiritual Concerns

Tricia provides a caring and compassionate approach to therapy and looks at healing the body/mind/spirit rather than just looking at the symptoms themselves. When you are able to heal something at a core level, everything begins to change for the better. By using EMDR therapy, you are able to get to the root of the problem fast and therefore save time and money compared to traditional talk therapy methods.
