My ideal client is someone who acknowledges that their life is in need of some changes. Someone who continues to make the same mistakes over due to not having any other coping mechanisms. Someone who is eager to explore their negative habits and life patterns- and someone who is willing to share/reflect on their struggles with me. I offer a variety of psychotherapy approaches and tools that are specifically individualized. I offer a client-centered approach to counselling- I assess the therapeutic needs of counselling within the initial stages of our meetings- and I use that information to determine the appropriate psychotherapy intervention/approach from there.
