You CAN have healthier, more intimate and desired relationships!
Falling in love is the easy, fun part. Staying in love or learning to live with someone's differences and/or mistakes is more difficult. You can even learn to trust and heal from affairs, addictions, or the inability to open up and share, often allowing you to become an even stronger couple than before. I enjoy helping people learn that differences are not bad, just different and that all of us take 3 important things into every relationship...gender differences, personality differences, and all the knowledge we learned so far in life called our "family baggage."
With  almost 30 years of Relationship Counseling and Divorce Mediating, I know that when our intimate relationships are unstable, our whole world can feel as if it is unraveling. We become anxious, irritable, frightened and can develop a number of physical issues including panic disorders, weight gain or loss, depression, headaches and more.
I founded Creative Relationship Center as an opportunity to help you with all your relationships issues whether you are a couple, family, blended-family, or work-related.

As a business owner, talk show host and single mom of six, (including twins), I know how quickly life can get out of balance. Special needs children, family interference and poor communication skills can all invite divorce and the breakdown of a couple or family. Often called upon as "The Relationship Expert" on WBEN, and serving as a Relationship Coach and Mental Health Expert with the WNY Collaborative Law Professionals, I have seen how much damage the breakdown of a couple can cause; including the depletion of financial assets, loss of friends and family support, loss of you and your children's home, along with a host of physical and emotional illnesses.

I enjoy working with individuals ("couples for one"), couples and families to improve their communications and collaboration skills, and to help calm their anxieties during all areas of the relationship cycle. We have  a number of caring Licensed Counselors, financial experts and attorneys  who are available to help you and your children be safe and secure during the transitions of the relationship cycle; dating, pre-marriage, post-marriage, divorcing, post-divorce.

We work to assist you:

  • Help your relationship get back on track
  • Handle anxiety better
  • Overcoming depression
  • Help with direction during Life Transitions

As a former Human Resources Director, I believe in improving employees’ health and wellness by offering them customized services and empowerment training such as relationships, communication, mediation and conflict management skills. EVERYTHING IS ABOUT RELATIONSHIP......the rest is just details.

I hold a Masters in Counselor Education from Canisius College, and a BA in Psychology from Daemen College. I am a New York State Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), a Certified Clinical Mental Health Counselor (CCMHC), and a member of the National Board of Certified Counselors (NBCC). I also hold special certificates as a Trauma Specialist from the University of Buffalo’s School of Social Work, Critical Incident Stress Consultant for area businesses (CISM), and a rostered mediator for both the Unified Court System Supreme Court and the 8th District Family Court.

I have served on the boards of KidsPeace National Centers for Kids in Crisis, the Anorexia Bulimia Buffalo Association (ABBA) and the YWCA in Niagara County.
