Living with an addiction can be tough, but stopping an addiction can be even more difficult. I help individuals realize that getting help for addiction is possible. Recovery will focus on the “Disease Model” and individuals will learn how to recognize ways past experiences, as well as, how unhealthy behavior and thought patterns contribute to addictive behavior.
