Addiction - Substance abuse - Treatment are all terms that may relate to you. What about recovery - a better lifestyle - happiness - fulfillment. You too can and will overcome "todays & tomorrows challenges". Together we can work to provide you with the mindset and tools that will allow you to be with your family and loved ones - not feel that "voice" luring you to abuse - and providing you with one of the most important tools "control". My offices are located in Greensboro and Winston Salem, NC. Call today to book your first appointment.

When you think about addiction you may look to the normal list of alcohol, drugs and gambling. I work with those who find a high from shopping. If you have items in your closet with the tags still attached, hide the items you purchase from loved ones, spend more time and money than you have on items that you do not need and have packages delievered numerous times of the week then you may have a shopping addiction. The other spectrum is that you may not spend all your time shopping but when you do shop, you spend more money than you intended. I have helped numerous client's learn how to be "normal" shoppers. I can help you too.

A simple definition for an addiction is: something you cannot stop on your own that is hurting you and those around you. Most of my clients are sexual addicts that are hooked on internet pornography/ masturbation, or sexually inappropriate relationships. I can help you not only stop the addition and help you to develop good healthy relationships with others. Counseling does not take forever and you can walk away from it liking yourself and being a better problem solver. www.SexCounselors.org
