Education is extremely important. I will provide you will knowledge, because knowledge is power. You will learn the different stages of addiction and what you do and feel in each one. We will explore your family and loved ones role in this process and how they can help and hurt you. You will learn the tools necessary to fight your addiction and overcome it, moment by moment.

Addiction comes in many forms. Whether it's a substance, sex or technology, it can take over your mind, body and ultimately your life. I don't believe that people with addictions are bad people, I believe that they're hurting people. Addiction is the result of trying to escape pain, over and over until the addiction itself is part of the pain. I work with clients to identify and process through pain from the past or present, so that the need to escape becomes less necessary. I take your confidentiality very seriously. I do not disclose records to anyone at any time for any reason.
