My approach to working with people suffering from high levels of anxiety and stress is to use Mindfulness, Meditation and Relaxation techniques. I also utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, because so many people suffer from anxiety and stress because of "the story they tell themselves" and their personal belief system and worldview that is causing much of the distress. I will help you to relax emotionally and physically, and will also address one's thinking to get it in alignment with truth, rather than the distorted kind of thinking that happens when one is extremely stressed or depressed.

This may include homework stress, behavioral issues, self-harm, sexting, tantrums and arguing/talking back. I can support parents in different techniques, because even good parents need extra support at times.
