Career Counseling is about change. In my practice, I do not use assessments or aptitude tests, as I believe the client is the best source of information. Together we will review your education, interests, work history and the reasons to make a change at this time in your life. Life is short. Going to a job everyday that you hate is a good way to waste it. Knowing what job is right for you is not easy. You really need to look at who you are and what you want from life. Getting to know who you are, and not who your parents, spouse, or children think you are is one of life's most difficult challenges. What I love doing most is helping people discover who they really are. But, once you know who you are and what you want to do, you also need to develop a reasonable transition plan to get from here to there. This takes a grounded and realistic approach in additon to liberating your creative juices. Being both a visionary and an engineer, I can help you master both.
