Before becoming a therapist, I spent over a decade in the corporate world as a human resources executive. This experience has given me a unique understanding of what employers are looking for, and how you can best prepare yourself for the job market. This can be approached through a variety of modalities, which may either focus on the present issues or may review historical data to determine why one feels the need to make a career change.

Jobs are where we spend the majority of our time. We want that space to be healthy and supportive. we need it to balance with our life outside of work. Careers are the thing that lets us do our passions. We should think not only about being a good employee but having an employer that is good for us. We work on understanding our needs, boundaries and styles and how to communicate this to others. Its about relationship with ourself and then others.
