I help clients with addictive behaviours or substance use that is interfering with their ability to achieve a fulfilling career. Gaining a sense of control over one's life allows for increased confidence and self-esteem. I help clients build the motivation necessary to take steps toward a future filled with passion, thriving, and mental resilliance.

I support individual clients experiencing burnout, compassion fatigue, and mental and emotional exhaustion. I often work with Highly Sensitive People, or empaths, who are more susceptible to these experiences. I support those in helping professions like teachers, therapists, parents, medical professionals, and difficult work environments create their boundaries in their workspace for personal well-being.

I aim to help patients talk honestly, to find the source of their suffering and glimmers of joy.
