The first 20 years of my career I worked in human resources and business consulting for large and small companies and I have 10 years of experience doing workplace counseling and executive coaching. I am passionate about helping people feel fulfilled and purposeful in life and their careers. I specifically enjoy helping people discover their unique strengths and wire up. I have traveled the country teaching police supervisors how to be effective leaders by developing a culture of acceptance. I have also written extensively on the subject of job burnout, compassion fatigue, morale, effective leadership and ethics for multiple law enforcement publications. In my office I have also coached those who are starting their careers to those who are high level executives on pursuing their professional goals.
