I have twenty-plus years of experience in career counseling. My work is finely attuned to the needs, capabilities, and wishes of the client, while being realistic and smart about what is possible. I believe everyone has a gift, and working in a collaborative way, we soon devise a really workable, attainable, promising plan. Gaining a sense of control over one's life allows for increased confidence and self-esteem. I help clients build the motivation necessary to take steps toward a future filled with passion, thriving, and mental resilliance.

I support individual clients experiencing burnout, compassion fatigue, and mental and emotional exhaustion. I often work with Highly Sensitive People, or empaths, who are more susceptible to these experiences. I support those in helping professions like teachers, therapists, parents, medical professionals, and difficult work environments create their boundaries in their workspace for personal well-being.

A career takes up so much of someone's life. To be in a career that feels like a poor fit is to suffer for much of life. While most career counselors love to give you capacity based profiles of what your talents and interests are for your best bet career choices, Grey Matters international believes that most people make predictably irrational decisions and then after making them learn way to make them fit into their identities using various types of rationalizations and strategies.
