Career Counselling is very close to my heart because I personally spent a lot of years developing skills to leverage myself forward. I can work with individuals on activities to understand their interests, develop plans on how to engage in volunteering and career development skills. I am also very versed in various college and university programs and application procedures. I will work with you to make a multi-faceted plan so that you are able to move forward based on your interests and values to create a meaningful career and future for you!

To use positive psychology language and focus on solution when clients may be wanting to explore other careers or feel stuck in their current one. To assist clients remember and identify past adversities and their history of overcoming situational challenges.
