For some, a career is a large part of one's identity. For others, it is simply a means to an end or a small part of a bigger picture. I approach career counselling by helping you discover and explore what a career and any related decisions mean for you. By doing this, I hope to help you uncover insight and clarity towards career choices and transitions.

It is one thing to embark on a new career path, and a whole other to find the sweet spot of purpose, contribution, vitality and practical stability that leads to a really fulfilling vocation. The latter requires the courage to allow, shape and stay with a vision and the skills to navigate the inevitable peaks and valleys in confidence that are natural to the process. It is necessary to develop the ability to structure your own time toward your goal, maintaining the stability necessary to take new opportunities and creative risks. I offer coaching for those motivated to move into this place.

I, together with you assess your strengths and weaknesses, then I walk you through your individual journey, individual plans, and look at your challenges and hopes. I also look at the non-career related factors such as financial challenges, housing, and health that might impact your job search.
