For ten years I worked locally as Regional Manager of Human Resources and have a certificate in Human Resources Management. I have significant experience in career counselling and development as well as an excellent knowledge about recruitment, selection processes, interviewing techniques and resume writing. Starting my second career in life, I had the benefit of a career counselor who guided me to not just a job but a vocation that I now love and enjoy. Jackson Vocational Interest Survey (JVIS) is the "Career Roadmap" which will help you determine the best career fit. 2. CareerPlanner Personality Test (CPPT) is the "Personality Blueprint" which will highlight your talents, skills, strengths, weaknesses, interests and how they coincide with your career roadmap. 3. Jump Start Coaching Hour (JSCH) is the "Life Coach" who will guide you in the planning and implementing of the "Career Roadmap". All you need to do is make a small investment.

I am a certified interpreter for Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI®) personality inventory. If you have done the MBTI Step II inventory propery, then we can use the result to explore what kind of career may best suit your personality preference. Sometimes, when we are working in a career which does not match our personality preference, we may find that it is difficult to handle the work or the working environment. It may create stress, anxiety and has a negative impact on our self esteem and our self confidence.

In our career exploration, we may use techniques such as free association, dream analysis, and transference to help you uncover underlying motivations, fears, and desires related to your career. By examining patterns of behaviour, recurring themes, and emotional reactions in the counselling sessions, you can gain insight into why you are drawn to specific professions, struggle with certain job-related challenges, or feel unfulfilled in your current work.
