Our therapists provide support for parents and young children. We provide various intervention for children, including Play Therapy. We works with parents to identify strategies to better support their children. We help teach parents how to cultivate emotional literacy in their child. We also teach parents about the science of the brain and how they can co-regulate with their young person. We have an attachment focus in our work with parents and helps them to better understand the emotional needs of their child. We also teaches parents that building a secure relationship with a child also requires firm, kind and consistent boundaries
