I try to create a space which is welcoming and kid-friendly. Children communicate best through play and it's through play therapy that children's emotions are fully expressed. Play therapy is often used for young children (5 and under), and children-focused cognitive behavioral therapy, DBT, mindfulness and relaxation techniques are used for older children (6 and older).
