Your faith is a vital part of your healing and change. As a Christian, I am aware that many do not want to include prayer or discussion of the Bible as part of the session. But if you wish to include prayer or the Bible in our sessions, please ask. I continually seek Biblical understanding as it applies to my client's issues. I believe God has granted me the spiritual gifts of wisdom, discernment and encouragement to use to build up his children. So I offer these as part of therapy to you.

Behaviour choices are guided by one's set of values. It is important to be able to identify what is the right thing to do and to develop the skills to do the right thing. One's religious and spiritual training should inspire and guide right living. A spiritual person recognizes a creator force and experiences a sense of relationship and responsibility. Counselling with Dr. Graham will help you identify your values and help you find ways to live respectfully with others in your life.
