Using the tools, techniques, and steps from Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy, we move together through three stages of work: first, on stabilizing the relationship; second, on establishing a new, and deeper bond; and third, on creating new stories and solutions to what it means to live a life together. I find that Emotionally Focused Therapy provides the structure needed to help couples heal the split in their relationship.
