I work with couples in improving communication but most of all helping them regain their purpose and goal in making their relationship work. Life can come at people hard and unfortunately, its easy to isolate ourselves from our partnerships if we don't see improvement. The goal is to work as a team and if one person is hurt, I help encourage the other person the opportunity to step up and meet where the other person is at emotionally and work together to find a solution.

Life events lead to disagreements and miscommunication. No matter how big or small the event, effective/healthy communication is key. Sometimes a mediator to help a couple work through the disagreement is necessary and vital to assist the couple in getting back on track. Having a third-party in the mix, who only listens and responds in a nonjudgmental way, helps move the process along in a positive direction and provide insights to the couple as well.
