Portion control seems to work well along with music therapy. It used to be thought that listening to the radio boosts appetite at mealtimes. Human beings develop habits, and rituals, and addictions to cope with stresses and trauma and emotional pain in living. We compulsively seek to be in control and relieve our tension.
