We go out to eat in a restaurant and are served a meal that has as much fat and calories as we're supposed to eat in a whole day, sometimes more. Then we look at a magazine or turn on the TV and see stick-thin models who look like they never eat. What are you supposed to do with that? We all need food to live, but most of us also feel like we're supposed to look like those models. We want to be perfect. We want to be in control. But so often we feel like we have no control at all.
