We help to identify conflicts within the family and explain in an educational format the changes necessary toward improvement. Often homework or assignments are given to practice new skills. Our theraputic approach in engaging and inter-active in getting all family members to participate. Mutual goals are identified and discussions include the length of time expected to reach these goals. Our strengthening families therapy is highly effective resolving marital conflicts, parenting differences, behavior and or school issues, chronic illness, mentall illness and addictions.

It is my firm belief that all members of a family unit affect and influence each others' behaviors. If one member is dealing with a difficult situation, it can affect everyone else in the family system. It is my intent to help families learn how to effectively communicate with each other, resolve conflicts, and recognize early signs of upcoming challenges, in order to restore balance and positive relationships within the family.
