Whether one notices it or not, families operate as a system; each member has their roll and habitual way of interacting. My way of working with your family is to respectfully reveal and discuss these ways of interacting, while providing the tools for healthy ways of relating. A family can achieve a reasonable level of mutual respect and harmony.

How families interact with each other will greatly affect their success and happiness. I teach families how to interact in healthy ways through effective communication. Discipline is usually a major issue. Along with this, parents often need help to have their children be accountable and responsible for their words and behavior. Good parenting is an important issue in our society.

We are all travelers on a journey called Life. Sometimes we stumble or feel lost when we encounter obstacles and crossroads along the way. Each person has the opportunity to seek a path toward happiness, but many of us carry baggage that becomes excessively burdensome. Baggage can manifest in many guises including: hand-me-down core beliefs, destructive lifestyle patterns, poor communication, dysfunctional relationships, unhealthy habits and coping strategies.
