I use RLT and PACT approaches to family therapy. By teaching and managing appropriate communication, family members can learn to resolve conflict and repair relationships. Often there are member(s) who feel unheard. By slowing the communication and breaking it into parts, clients can learn to speak with clarity and learn to listen with curiosity and seek to understand without defensiveness.

The dynamics of a family system is always rich. Each person in the system contributes to how the family functions and the whole family is greater than the sum of the parts. There are many problems that can occur in our family relationships. it's very easy for conflict to occur in marriage, with children, family of origin, or even in-laws.
